  2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  4. For products that are eligible for return, a restocking fee of 15% may be applicable.
  5. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

  10. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the product, and please ensure that it is appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
